Inventory : Yes

GST : No

Step 2

Ledger Creation

1. Purchase A/c

Under: Purchase Account

2. Sales A/c

Under : Sales

3. Mr. SC A/c

Under: Sundry Creditors

4. Mr. SD A/c

Under : Sundry Debtors

Step 3

Stock Categories

GOT > Create > Stock category

1.Name : Antivirus

Under : Primary

2. Name : DVD

Under : Primary

Step 4

GOT >  Create >  Stock Item

F12 : Use Stock Category For Stock Item : Yes

1. Quick Heal Antivirus

Category: Antivirus

Unit : Pcs

2. Norton Antivirus

Category : Antivirus

Unit : Pcs

3. Sony DVD

Category : DVD

Unit : Pcs

4. Lloyd DVD

Category : DVD

Unit :Pcs

Step 5

GOT > Voucher

F9 (Purchase)

^A (Quick Save)

Alt + S (Stock Query)

= F8 Sales

Party A/c Name : Cash

Sales Ledger : Sales A/c

^A (Quick Save)

= Alt + S [Show Stock Category]

Details

GOT > Display > Statements Of Inventory > Stock Query

जिस Stock Item की Details उसको Select करना हैं।

Note : Purchase & Sales Voucher मैं Stock Item पर Cursor रखकर Alt + S से भी Stock Query  देख सकते हैं।
