A & B file open > duplicate

Step 2Copy the Image to Be Placed

image B > ctrl + A > ctrl+ C

Step 3 Select TV Screen and Paste Image

ctrl + Alt + shift + V : paste into

Step 4: Resize and Adjust the Image

ctrl + T > adjust image

Step 5: Add Realism with Inner Shadow

Layer > Layer style > inner shadow > distance & size adjust > ok
