Purchase Voucher Entry

Purchase की Entry (Alt+P)

Entry No: Field का use करना इससे ये पता लगता है कि आप ने Purchase में Total कितने voucher type करे है

Entry No: Option को Yes/No करना

Ctrl + J,U,I >Search in all>Search : Entry Number>Accept

Entry number required on Y- Purchase / Receive N-No W- All (Long Bill Number): Y/N

Esc > Esc > Yes > Save

Note : Entry No: option on है तो Bill No: में हम 16 Digit ले सकते है यदि ON नहीं होता है तो 12 Number ही

          type  हो सकते है

Purchase Bill में 3 Additional charge add  कर सकते है

Ex. Transport Exp, Packing charge का Coupon discount (Indirect Income) का Amount (-) किया जाता है। delivery charges

यदि आप चाहते है कि Additional Cost का effect item पर दिखे तो आप को वह Land Cost में Amount Amount डाले Item Cost  में Amount Add  हो जाता है।

Purchase Voucher Entry

Transaction ® Purchase ® Bill (Alt+P) Short Command ® Enter

Date:

Name: Cash/ Party Name (Credit Purchase)

Party Name: Bill No डालना

DT: जो Bill Date होगी> Enter

> Product > Enter > Enter>Items > Dell Mouse

Curser का Selection पूरा हो जाता है 

Tab key press करे उसके बाद save पर click करे 

> Save voucher को देखना

Transactions > Purchase >Modify Bill >

Custom: [1/4/, 1/8/] Date डालनी है

जितने Voucher होंगे Show होंगे आप को

Qty:

Free:

P Rate:

Dis %:

Amount >Enter >Batch detail window >

ESC / Enter करे > Purchase Bill Save करना

Note

एक ही item Purchase करे रहे है तो save करते समय Curser की Location आधी है तो आप का बील Save नहीं होगा कोई भी key press करे Save  करने के लिए ESC Key press
