Step 3 > select all area near teeth

Step 4 > select then  save selection

Step 5 > layer window >      new fill and adjustment

Step 6 > hue and saturation

Step 7 > select yellow colour

Step 8 > decrease yellow saturation

Step 9 > selection

Step 10 > load selection ( teeth )

Step 11 > new fil adjustment

Step 12 > Hue and saturation  >    whiten

Step 13 > master   >    lightness increase according to you

foreground white and background white

Step 14 > fill black colour

Step 15 > use brush tool
