TDS on Advance Payments Against Transport

Note : Transporter  के पास यदि 10 से कम गाड़ियां है तो उसका टीडीएस नहीं कटता है जिन Transporter के पास 10 से ज्यादा गाड़ियां हैं उनका ही पेमेंट करते समय हमें टीडीएस काटना है (According to Govt. Rules)

2. जिन ट्रांसपोर्ट के पास 10 से कम गाड़ियां हैं जिन्हें हमसे TDS नहीं कटवाना है तो उन्हें हमें Declaration Form देना होता है जो कि उन्हें Income Tax Depttrment  से PAN Card के साथ मिलता है

Task: AK Transportation को Advance Payment करा है, उस पर TDS काट दिया है बाद में बिल आने पर कटे हुए TDS को Adjust करेंगे और बाकी के amount पर ही TDS काटकर, पेमेंट करेंगे
