किसी Item का measurement यदि हम दो Unit में करते हैं।

Setting → Control Room (Ctrl+J, U,I)

® Search in all

® Search ? Unit

® Accept

® Enter

® Mulli Unit Billing: Y

® Esc ® Save changes ® yes

Unit Ist : Small Unit डाले

Unit 2nd : Big Unit होती है।

CONV.BOX:

Item बनाते समय यदि दो Unit है तो उन दोनो Unit के बीच Relastion जो होगा वह Conv.Box में डालते है।

जैसे - एक Box में कितने PCS आते है वो Conv.Box में डालना है।

1 BOX में 10pcs है तो Conv.Box: 10 आऐगा ।

कुछ item ऐसे हैं कि जिसे हम Box में ही sale करते हैं तो आप दोनों Unit में ही Box डालें| यदि हम चाहते हैं की Purchase करते समय या Sale करते समय हमसे दोनो Unit पुछे तो Setting करे Control Room में जाकर |

→Control Room > Search > Unit > Enter > Accept

2. Multi Unit Riling: Y

Ask Quantity in N Unity Y-Unit+2 C-Unit+3

:Y > ESC > Save changes > yes

→ Stock item create

Master > Item Master > F2 Create >

Unit 1st: PCS

Unit 2nd: BOX

Conv. Box: 10

जैसे एक Box 10 में pcs ये उदाहरण लिया हमने ।

Note: Purchase करते समय यदि हमने 2 Box खरीदे। लेकिन Box में तो 2 Box Show हो रहे हैं। लेकिन PCS में आपको कुछ Show नहीं होता है। उसके लिए आप को Control Room setting करनी है।

* Mare Master > Mang Setups > Control Room > Search in all > Unit > Accept > Enter key

Press and Second page पर Show stock in Unit……….. [3] option select करे।

Esc key Press करे Save करे।

→ यदि हम Box की Rate डाले तो Amount में Box की Rate Show हो और यदि हम Pcs wise Rate डाले तो Amount Pcs wise show हो

Master > Marg Setups > Control ROOM > Search in all > Unit > Accept>

Y-Ask/I-Item Master/B-Item & Ask -[Y]

Rate in Unit 1-Single 2-Multi CPCS, Box, (ases)-

यदि 1 है तो छोटी Unit लेगा और एक ही Rate पर Billing होगी अगर हम 2 करते हैं तो Box/Pcs की दोनों की Rate पुछेगा।
