Ø File> Open/ Browse In Brige > Select File ' Teeth' > Open

Ø Image > Duplicate

Ø Polygone Lasso Tool (L) > Select Teeth > Ctrl+T > Increase Teeth Size

Ø Sponge Tool-Desaturate Image Accordingly (Remove Colour Or Make Colour Less Vivid)

Ø Burn Tool - Darken Area Of Image Accordingly.
