To create school  card:-

1.     Excel file बनाएंगे

Note :- D drive मैं image save होनी चाहिए

2. save excel file

save as type : csv ( comma delinited )

(destop)  व photo desk  top पर भी होने चाहिए

3. close the file

4) excel file open with notepad and put

@ in front ol photo Leading

Eg: @ photo

5) in design मैं  school card का format बनाएंगे

 6) window menu - utilities

                data marge

               > - select

              data  course

            choose  file

               open

7) school card format मैं एक  filed पर

 cursor रखकर  data sourse से option

drag करने से excel file Record school

card में दिख जाएगा

 (ü) preview से preview देख पाएंगे
